Manishi Al Fujairah Jewellery
Manishi Al Fujairah Jewellery is a Sole Establishment owned and managed by the Ghaghda family and it has been passed on to generations since then. Our first shop was opened in Dubai, called RJ & Sons since 1953 which was the first gold Jewellery retail shop in Dubai Deira gold souk. MJ is a retailer of Jewellery and watches. It sells gold Jewellery, diamonds, watches, precious stones and other luxury items. Both private label and leading global and domestic branded products are sold through a number of store formats. MJ sells Jewellery and watches through four main store formats, which are uniquely positioned to address different consumer segment needs. The Co. deals in Diamonds, Gold Jewellery, precious stones and other branded products (watches, perfumes, etc). The Co. is one of the authorized dealers in East Coast.
Swiss Gallery
Swiss Gallery was established in 09-03-1999 in Fujairah, UAE, and offers wide range of branded watches, sunglasses and perfumes all around the world. It was the first shop based in the small emirate with variety of branded stuff. Swiss Gallery is famous among the local Arabs and foreigners who can get the choice of brand they want in the market with an affordable price. The Company is one of the oldest branded showrooms in the emirate famous for its unique fragrances of perfumes and premium selection of watches and shades. The Swiss Gallery’s consists with a team of highly skilled professional sales executives, accountants, social media marketing executives and accounts.
Real Estate and Construction
Our real estate company established in 31-05-2006 and offers a complete portfolio of real estate services, including sales and leasing of commercial and residential property, investment sales and acquisitions, project sales and marketing, property consultancy, mortgage services and construction company will do construction, interior decoration and design. Construction business started during August, 1980 with First Degree License in Fujairah. The company’s CEO Mr Sanjay Kumar Ramniklal Ghaghda who started this company with owning a small place now he is the owner of many properties. He owns Three residential and commercial properties in Fujairah as well as Sixteen (16) Apartments in Dubai. RJ Real Estate’s senior management and staff have extensive experience in real estate development, finance, economic development, construction management, leasing asset management and property management. The company has in-depth knowledge of local markets, contacts, local economic development programs. RJ Real estate is known for its innovative and unique techniques of dealing with clients and covering currently the local markets in Fujairah.
